BinauralOne helps you relax, focus or fall asleep with sound sessions generated live on your phone. Each session blends a binaural tone, a gentle evolving ambient pad that never loops, and a soft brown-noise bed.

Choose from 15 presets across the Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta and Gamma ranges, from Deep Sleep and Power Nap to Deep Work, or build your own. Add recorded rain, ocean waves or a crackling fire under any session, a guided breathing pattern, and a sleep timer that fades out gently.

Everything works offline. No account, no audio downloads, no data collected.
