Sounds help you get going or slow down. Ideas clears your head in two seconds. Dopamine helps you get your motivation back when you're running on empty. Tasks shows only the next small step, and nothing is ever shown as late.
Everything works offline, with no account, no ads and no analytics: your data stays on your device. Enjoy everything free for 7 days, with no payment method and no subscription. After that, the Full Kit unlocks with a single payment, for life. Without it, everything you've created stays readable.

Six cards to focus, wake up, create, unwind, nap or fall asleep. Brown or pink noise, rain, waves, fire, optional binaural beats, a visual timer and a mixer.
Ideas
Quick capture by typing, by voice or from the widget, and an idea parking with a maturing period, so you don't start ten projects at once.
Dopamine
Your own dopamine menu of starters, mains and desserts, sorted by today's energy, with “Surprise me”, movement breaks and sparks that never drop back to zero.
Tasks
“Just one thing” mode, thirty ready-made templates, a “Too big?” button to break tasks down, and morning and evening routines.
Made to fit you
A starting questionnaire adapts the app. Animations, sounds, vibrations and notifications can each be turned off, and an “I'm stuck” button is on every screen.
